Terraced Garden |

 This terraced garden comprising of walls, paths, raised beds and steps has been constructed using old stock bricks and York stone. The stone-paved terrace next to the house has been brightened with pots of flowers. Access from the terrace to the lawn is via two flights of steps linked together by a brick path. |

 Combinations
of shrubs and herbaceous perennials have been used to soften the appearance
of the brick and to bring colour and interest to the garden. |

 Within the remainder of the garden, the creation and planting of strong flowing borders have enhanced the view from the terrace. |
